If you already have a layout with measurements, share it with us. If not, we’re happy to take field measurements for you. Knowing the square footage helps us provide an accurate quote for our products and services.

Stone comes in a wide variety of colors, patterns, and materials.
Local distributors offer a broad selection of stone slabs you can view in person. Visit a showroom during business hours, mention that you're working with Fine Design Stone, and select your preferred stone(s). Scroll down for a list of stone suppliers in Rochester, NY.

Once you've selected your stone, our team handles everything from digital measurements to expert fabrication.
Your chosen slab is delivered to our East Rochester, NY warehouse, where we craft and polish it. Typically within 1-2 weeks, your stunning new stone is installed.

Fabrication

Once you've chosen your stone, it is shipped from the supplier to our warehouse in East Rochester, NY. Our state-of-the-art fabrication process combines precision technology with expert craftsmanship.

We use high-performance machines with laser templating and CAD/CAM software to efficiently template, cut, and polish each slab. Unlike traditional hand-cut methods, our advanced robotic systems handle the work of an entire team in a fraction of the time. Every cut, angle, and edge is digitally programmed for accuracy.

While technology ensures precision, our experienced fabricators carefully inspect each slab to guarantee a flawless fit, finish, and overall quality.

Sink & Fixture Requirements:
To ensure accurate cuts, we require all sinks, faucets, sprayers, soap dispensers, disposal buttons, and other fixtures to be on hand at the time of fabrication.

Installation

We install your stone with precision and care, ensuring minimal disruption to your home. Our installation team works efficiently, using industry-leading seam clamps with built-in leveling for a snug fit.

You'll be enjoying your new countertops sooner than you think! Most installations take just a few hours.
