Our Process
Whether you're designing a kitchen renovation, custom home, commercial space, or luxury stone feature, our team focuses on accuracy, communication, and execution at every stage.
Design & Planning
We work with homeowners, interior designers, builders and contractors, and commercial clients to define project scope, review design considerations, and discuss material options, layouts, and functional needs.
From simple countertop replacements to custom waterfall islands, fireplace surrounds, and architectural stone features, thoughtful planning helps ensure a smooth and successful project.
If you already have a layout with measurements, feel free to share it with us. If not, we're happy to take field measurements. Having a layout and approximate square footage allows us to provide the most accurate quote for your project.
Material Selection & Sourcing
Selecting the right material is an important part of both design and performance. Through relationships with stone distributors nationwide, we provide access to materials including:
Quartz
Granite
Marble
Quartzite
Porcelain
Soapstone
Specialty & luxury stone selections
We can help guide material decisions based on design aesthetic, durability requirements, maintenance preferences and budget considerations.
Digital Templating
We use digital templating technology to capture highly precise project measurements before fabrication begins.
During this stage we confirm layouts, edge details, cutouts, overhangs, and project-specific requirements before moving into production.
Fabrication
Once measurements are finalized, fabrication begins. We use high-performance CNC machines with laser templating and CAD/CAM software to efficiently template, cut, and polish each slab. Unlike traditional hand-cut methods, our advanced robotic systems handle the work of an entire team in a fraction of the time.
While technology ensures precision, our experienced fabricators carefully inspect each slab to guarantee a flawless fit, finish, and overall quality.
Sink & Fixture Requirements: To ensure accurate cuts, we require all sinks, faucets, sprayers, soap dispensers, disposal buttons, and other fixtures to be on hand at the time of fabrication.
Installation
We coordinate closely with homeowners, designers, builders, and project teams to help ensure a smooth installation experience. Our installation team uses industry-leading seam clamps with built-in leveling for a snug fit.
You'll be enjoying your new countertops sooner than you think! Most installations take just a few hours.
